What does the Trip Pass cover?
The VIP Trip Pass provides concierge assistance for one trip of up to seven consecutive days. Your concierge handles pre-trip planning, itinerary building, reservations, and on-trip support. Accommodations, tickets, transportation, food, and vendor services are purchased separately.
How does Gold Access work for multiple trips?
Gold Access is an annual membership. From the moment you join, your concierge is available for every trip you take to any active VIP Society destination throughout the year — no per-trip fees.
Is the Black Card available for purchase online?
No. The Black Card is application-only. Submit a request and our team will review your application and reach out to discuss availability and fit.
Do memberships include accommodation or tickets?
Membership fees cover access, planning and concierge coordination. Accommodations, tickets, transportation, food, beverages, vendor services and experiences are purchased separately. Members receive preferred rates where available.
How quickly will my concierge respond?
We typically respond within one hour during business hours. Urgent requests can be sent via WhatsApp for faster handling.
